What type of guarantee and warranty do R&B Wire laundry carts come with?

R&B Wire products offer a ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’. We ensure our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and perform as intended under normal use.

  • All R&B Wire products include a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty
  • Casters/Wheels are covered for three years.
  • Laundry cart bases are guaranteed for the life of the product against breakage for the original purchaser.
  • Dura-Seven™ baskets, bases, and racks are guaranteed for seven years against rust, excluding cosmetic discoloration.

The warranty applies only with proof of purchase and is limited to replacement or repair under the terms. 

What materials are R&B Wire® laundry carts made from?

Our wire laundry carts are made from heavy-duty welded steel wire that is designed for stability and long-term use. Some modules are available with Dura-Seven™ Anti-Rust finishes, which provide enhanced resistance to rust in high-moisture environments.  Antimicrobial coatings are available for healthcare and high-touch environments.
